Activity / Announcement Request Form (ARF)

1. Only Church Staff and Ministry Leaders may coordinate and plan activities involving the use of the church.

2. Fill out this form at least 4 weeks prior to your activity.

3. Before submitting this form, verify that the dates and times you choose do not conflict with another church activity that is listed on the events calendar.

4. The activity or announcement must be approved by church staff before it will be placed on the events calendar or announced through any church publications. Do not consider your activity or announcement approved until church staff contacts you stating that it has been approved.


5. The Church reserves the right to make any changes and/or cancellations to any approved scheduled activities or announcements.




Is this an emergency?

If this cannot wait more than a week for planning, and may endanger the safety of others, consider this an emergency and contact church staff immediately.






































1. No smoking of any kind, including e-cigarettes, or drinking alcoholic beverages while on campus.

2. The approved area and any surrounding locations used during the activity must be thoroughly cleaned and vacated by the approved activity stop time, including cleaning any bathrooms used during the activity.


3. Only the approved rooms and space you have reserved may be opened and used.

Announcement Details

Live Stage Announcements

Due to service time limitations, which announcements we highlight from stage will be decided by the church staff on a weekly basis. Choose the following options below regarding other announcement methods.






Social Media Announcements

Regarding our main Valley Vegas Social Media Accounts, we post to Facebook, Instagram, Youtube, Tiktok, X, and Google.

Just like we don't want 15 minutes of announcements during service, we take the same approach with social media, so we limit event promotion on the main accounts.

At the beginning of every month we highlight the top 8 events for that month, and we single out major events with a post the day before the event.

Ministry leaders with their own pages (Valley Kids, YA, Women's, etc) can post as many events as they'd like on their own page, and add the main account as collaborators on Instagram for cross promotion.

We typically do not post on behalf of specific Life Groups, it is up to the ministry leader to promote their Life Group in other ways.

Mass Text Message & App Notification

Regarding App Notification, we have unlimited use, but do not want to spam our congregation and cause people to turn notifications off.

Regarding Mass Text Messaging, we have a limited number of texts we can send out per month. We typically reserve mass text messaging for important announcements that affect over 80% of our congregation.

We do have the ability to send texts to smaller groups, such as a Women's Night.
